Why We Need You

Duties will include: 

  • Working with the MVS ISO champion to ensure that the organisation’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001 and regulatory/legal requirements
  • Support with evaluation and reporting on vendor quality systems
  • Support with the maintenance of the Vehicle Solutions Operational Procedure library
  • Assist the ISO Champion with collation of information to enable accurate documentation of new processes and procedures
  • Support with queries and challenges to the process, report back any changes needed to ensure the correct information is documented
  • Ensure all documents are completed with accuracy and within agreed time scales using multiple system applications
  • Engage with multiple MVS locations, when required, collaborate with ISO Champions from other businesses within Cox Automotive where there are overlaps in process and/or provision of product/service between business areas

  • 5 GCSE Grades A-C/8-4 or equivalent including maths and English
  • Able to use your initiative and be flexible, reacting to change quickly and effectively
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritising workload
  • An ability to work with team members at all levels
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Experience with MS applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Keen attention for detail and accurate data entry
  • Able to use your initiative and be flexible, reacting to change quickly and effectively
