Customer facing role which encompasses professional eye care with fashionable eyewear.

Your duties will involve:

  • Telephone making appointments 
  • Collating information from patients
  • General admin/office duties 
  • Optical screening 
  • Completing data base and management system 
  • Progress training 
  • Understanding optical prescriptions 
  • Understanding contact lenses

Requirements

GCSE's at grades D/3 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.

  • Good communication skills in person or over the telephone
