Why We Need You


  • Supporting the SM with the daily operations of the studio and overseeing when necessary, including stationery and stock/inventory
  • Supporting the SM with designing and organising camps for the studio for the holiday periods. Support parents’ night out
  • Supporting the SM to design and implement the Junior programme, ensure this is prepped and delivered effectively. Belt up ninjas and present certifications
  • Ensuring the studio is a fun and safe learning environment for our ninjas
  • Ensure timely set up and packing up of the studio
  • Ensuring all health & safety measures are always maintained
  • Uphold corporate standards with respect to studio cleanliness and operational
  • Understanding of Business Reports and how to break down data. Learn all the Systems used within the busines
  • Report weekly to SM and Directors team on progress


  • Learn how to follow up on leads and the understand the process of Lead Generation
  • Learn how to support the SM to scheduling tours/taster sessions and close deals
  • Re-book tasters and follow up non-attendance


  • Ensure leaflets are handed out and distributed as and when required – under guidance of the SM and Directors
  • Support the SM to update emails to existing staff and leads on new deals and promotions within the studio
  • Work closely with and support the Marketing Lead to ensure all marketing activity is carried out for the studio
  • Supporting the Director with Social Media planning and content and learning about marketing strategy


  • Supporting the SM to learn how to engage and oversee Sensei’s to ensure team requirements are met
  • Learn how to conduct 1:1’s with staff and update owners of any issues, or requests of shift

Minimum qualification in any of the following Computer subjects:

  • Science
  • Mathematic
  • Sciences Engineering
  • Creative Arts
  • Web Design
  • Marketing Social Media

 Not a must, but ideally you will also have some experience in:

  • Javascript, C#, Python, Scratch
  • Special education needs training or work experience
  • Working with the general public, retail or other customer facing roles
  • Coding/technology or similar
  • Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment
  • Must be personable with customers and have excellent communication skills
  • Pays attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and a critical thinker - able to pick up basic concepts with ease
  • You will need to have a fun, energetic and ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Passionate about working with children and have experience working with children aged 5yrs and up (mentoring, coaching, tutoring, child care etc.)
  • A keen team player with the ability to bring the best out in others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy adapting to change
  • Willingness to learn and understand  business operations, sales, and team leadership
  • Pro-active and able to resolve operational problems in a logical manner
