About JAM CARE- Based on Stafford Park in Telford, JAM is one of the UK’s fastest growing Social Care providers. JAM won Newcomer of the Year at the British Care Awards (Oct 2021) and was recently described by the one of the UK’s leading Financial Institutions as “a disrupter in the Health and Social Care sector, operating a unique, standout model.

JAM CARE was founded by Healthcare entrepreneur James Nichols, a Chartered Accountant, who gave up a successful career in Banking and Finance to start JAM. James’ mission is to provide a new type of care, where colleagues were seen as the most precious asset, to be valued, supported, and invested in, so that in turn they would provide the best standard of care in the industry.

James now commits 100% of his time to JAM CARE and is the driving force behind the development of the JAM Apprenticeship scheme.
