Posted:

The successful candidate will initially be responsible for providing business administration support to the company.

Tasks include:

  • Inputting incoming sales orders into internal system
  • Answering telephone, redirecting calls, actioning requests, taking orders and accurately taking and distributing messages
  • Answering customer pricing queries
  • Interrogating internal systems to monitor customer orders, identifying issues, resolving queries
  • Liaising closely with our outsourced logistics warehouse regarding despatches and stock
  • Archiving completed sales orders on internal systems
  • Assist Sales Team to manage customer orders through production, liaising with customers and suppliers as appropriate
  • Arranging despatch of samples
  • Managing returns, opening mail, and distributing to correct recipients
  • Franking of outgoing mail
  • Scanning documents for filing or distribution
  • Monitoring stock and informing Purchasing Manager of low stock quantities
  • Chasing couriers regarding customer consignments
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Liaising with catering staff to organise meeting room refreshments
  • Other general administration tasks as required

Amazon Order Processing Management:

  • Processing sales orders across all three Amazon platforms
  • Invoicing customers on Seller Central & Fulfilment
  • Keeping inventory up to date and stocked
  • Adding new products to the various platforms
  • Liaising with customers who may have queries
  • Cross referencing Amazon payments to Amazon invoices

Team Membership:

Requirements

  • GCSE at 8-4/A-C or equivalent in English Language and mathematics
  • Computer literate
