Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the buying team to achieve maximum efficiency
  • PO management from point of raising and sending with terms of conditions, through to delivery of goods
  • Maintaining live purchase order breakdowns through liaising with suppliers
  • Accurately and efficiently pulling data and running various reports to assist with purchasing analysis using Excel
  • Assisting with monitoring shipments and deliveries through daily PO review meeting with Buyer and Junior Buyer
  • Sending out all relevant documents to suppliers
  • Build relationships with suppliers to ensure a constant flow of communication
  • Build an understanding of stock list and offer analysis to assist the team
  • Building relationships with other departments to ensure constant communication and efficiency
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the fragrance supply chain
  • Be proactive in managing own development - identifying potential areas for improvement and seeking the necessary tools to maximise learning potential

  • GCSE English and maths is required
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Advanced Excel skills including V-Look ups
  • Good in Maths
  • Strong administration experience
  • Knowledge of supply chains is desirable
  • Experience of Sage desirable
  • Highly organised
  • Strong and confident communicator
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Great ability to work as part of a fast-paced team
  • Be a real ‘do-er’ with the ability to prioritise workload
