This is a new, exciting opportunity to complete a Customer Service Apprenticeship whilst working within a 4 red star hospitality environment. Ensuring all our Guests dining in the Lounge & Bar are served with excellent Customer Service to ensure they have a distinctive and memorable experience. Assisting the Lounge and Terrace with food orders and ensures a smooth running of service. Deliver efficient and satisfactory handling of customer queries and avoidance of these complaints by maintaining consistent, excellent, attentive and timely customer service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain hands on experience whilst working towards your qualification in Customer Service.
