  • Receiving and processing booking forms
  • Updating training matrices
  • Tracking and documenting learner progress on online learning platforms
  • Co-ordinating with training venues to facilitate bookings
  • Printing and posting correspondence
  • Scanning, shredding, and storing documentation correctly
  • Answering phone calls and answering enquiries regarding training
  • Ordering stationery as required
