Why We Need You

For this exciting and varied role, we are looking for a hardworking, reliable apprentice to be involved in the day-to-day office administration within the business. You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service. For the right apprentice, this role could lead to a permanent position.

With the aim to develop and have more responsibility during your apprenticeship, the role will include the following areas:

  • Identifying and processing new orders within service levels
  • Reviewing orders for accuracy within agreed service levels
  • Answering and responding to email queries and online queries through the DD website
  • Reviewing and processing NCR’s (reported customer defects)
  • Processing @orders inbox
  • Supporting Epicor Dashboard
  • Using Microsoft Packages, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Assisting all members of the team as and when required
  • Dealing with requests for information
  • Ensuring that the Policies of the company are observed, and that good practice is encouraged, particularly in the areas of Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities and confidentiality

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the organisation which is relevant to your post within the company to meet the overall business objectives. Full training will be given.

Good general education at least to GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including maths and English.
