The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, able to communicate at all levels, a passion to learn and develop with good personal organisation skills.

You will have a full and busy workload, so you will need to be able to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure, be proactive and take initiative, be flexible and adaptable in your approach, and have excellent communication skills.

Duties include:

  • Working in all areas of The HR Function
  • Providing day to day support to the HR Team
  • Administrative tasks and duties
  • Organisation of interviews and associated paperwork
  • Communication with all the teams in the business

Requirements

You will require good academics including a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths & English at grade A*-C/9-4 and BTEC or A Levels - minimum UCAS points 260 (or equivalent). These grades can be already achieved in a previous academic year or predicted. Good ICT and proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook would be an advantage.
