Posted:

Through creative problem-solving you will help overcome these challenges with insightful and friendly support, executed with patience and empathy. You will be expected to manage the IT aspects of new openings, new starters and leavers. You will also be responsible for procurement, project co-ordination and management, and assisting the IT team to provide IT support to our head office teams.

You will be responsible for:

IT Administration

  • The purchase ordering process and invoicing queries
  • The new starter and leaver process
  • Managing and delivering IT services for new openings & refurbishments
  • Supplier Relationship Management
  • Stock and Asset Management
  • Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
  • Keep the IT Team organised and on track
  • Documentation
  • Support in logging Service Desk tickets

Project Co-ordination

  • Helping with the implementation of, and managing, IT projects
  • Co-ordination of resources
  • Monitoring and updating of project plans
  • Communications to Head Office, Restaurants and Suppliers

Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
