Providing legal support to a busy team of Residential fee earners, this is a fabulous opportunity for an individual who looking to make their first move into a legal environment. You will need to be an excellent communicator and highly organised with the ability to deliver a first class client experience. You will also need to thrive within a fast paced environment.

Your role will involve:

  • Processing new instructions received onto our legal database
  • Dealing with incoming calls and preparing welcome packs for clients/solicitors
  • Conducting Searches with the Land Registry
  • Filing and archiving duties including dealing with incoming postal activities
  • Assisting with the preparation of contracts and other legal documentation
  • General office administration duties

Adhering to compliance requirements including various regulatory and governing bodies such as CQS (Conveyancing Quality Scheme), the firm’s policies, practices and procedures, applicable legislation and any relevant quality standards.


  • 25 days holiday rising 1 day per year's service to maximum 30 days

  • 5 GCSE passes a-c or grade 4 and above including Maths and English
  • A Levels or equivalent (A Level Law desirable)
  • A real desire to develop a career in law
  • IT Skills, experience of using Microsoft Office
  • Ideally some office experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Client focused with the ability to deliver a first-class client experience
  • Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to work with limited supervision and to tight timelines
  • Detail focused with a high standard of attention to detail
  • A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and a positive approach to the promotion of our brand, services and values
