There is never an average day at a vehicle workshop. Every day presents a new set of jobs and challenges. As part of a team the apprentice will be expected to work together with members of the workforce. Work ranges from general sevicing and MOTs to Cambelts and diagnosing of issues.&nbsp;
Tasks to carry out include but are not limited to, upkeep of the workshop, assisting in MOTs, Basic Servicing, using diagnostic equipment, tyre changing etc.
Duties will be supervised and assisted if needed.&nbsp;

Vehicle Maintenance Apprenticeship

Your day to day role will include the following:
Completing children&rsquo;s documentation Planning activities Liaising with parents Cooking and serving food Contributing to the provision&rsquo;s evaluation (Ofsted SEF) Changing nappies Communicating with parents&nbsp; Taking children on planned outings with childminder and ensuring children&rsquo;s safety and wellbeing while on outings Completing risk assessments as required to maintain a safe environment Contributing to the policies and procedures of the setting&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;

Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship

Assisting residents with personal care such as washing/dressing with an individual personalised approach. Please note this will be supervised by a more senior carer. Assisting with meal times, setting up the room and clearing after residents. Assisting residents with eating and drinking mealtimes. Assisting residents with mobilising around the home. Assisting senior staff with audits under supervision.
Taking part with activities and assisting the activities coordinator.

There are various duties and responsibilities to the role which will assist you in reaching your full potential:

Hairdressing - Hair Professional Apprenticeship

Environmental Practitioners will combine a high level of knowledge and understanding of environmental principles and techniques to complex environmental systems. Their expertise will be developed, adaptable or transferable to a range of environmental specialisms, which could include, environmental policy and legislation, air quality, climate change, energy, water resources, waste management, ecology, acoustics, land contamination, sustainability, landscape or heritage.

Level 6 Environmental Practitioner (Degree) Apprenticeship

Building Services concerns itself with the mechanical and electrical design for building projects.
As part of our Apprenticeship Programme, working within our Building Services Design team, you will develop your skills and knowledge whilst working on high-profile engineering design projects for a diverse client base.
You will gain valuable work experience at the same time as earning a competitive salary. This hands-on experience is complimented by one day per week at university.&nbsp;

Level 6 Building Services Design Engineer Apprenticeship

What is the purpose of the job?

To provide the highest level of care and education for children attending the nursery. Whilst you are gaining hands on experience in a high quality childcare setting you will be working towards recognised childcare qualifications.&nbsp;

You will also be expected to be a positive, practical role model for the children, whilst supervising and supporting them at all times. &nbsp;You will ensure that the children are kept safe and that you fully understand and follow Safeguarding Procedures.

Your duties will be dependant on your level of qualification but they will also include a wide range of interactive tasks, including setting up activities for the children, reading stories, playing games, helping at meal times, assisting with nappy changing and toileting and any other duties as necessary, along with joining in with play and creative activities, as this will be an important part of the role.

You will also help to ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
