At The Travel Cooperation you will be working towards a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months. The Role As the P&C Administrator within the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the administration functions of the department, providing a comprehensive and proactive service across The Travel Corporation. The P&C Administrator will also be responsible for all administrative duties and assist the team in delivering day to day processes and procedures. Main Responsibilities • Prepare and issue HR documents accurately and in a timely manner, including employee offer letters, contracts and employee references. • Ensure that the HR system is kept up to date and enter additional information in a timely manner. • Managing P&C inbox • Liaise with the Payroll Manager and ensure information is accurately sent in a timely manner, meeting payroll deadlines. • Post job adverts internally and externally as and when required. • Order stationery and food&beverage for different HR events throughout the month. • Coordinate and organise events as well as health and wellbeing initiatives. • Assist in scheduling, collating and publicising the quarterly training plans and monthly training calendars • Source, manage and advertise CSR and volunteering opportunities. • Preparation of material for training courses such as sign-in sheets, workbooks and handouts • Assist with ad-hoc requests and projects as and when required.
