Why We Need You

Working on reception and completing general administrative duties some of which include the following:

  • Greeting/booking in patients
  • Answering telephone & patient queries and keeping records of these
  • Booking appointments 
  • Preparing internal mail
  • Ensuring all samples are dealt with by appropriate person and ready for the 9.20am and 2.30pm collections
  • Ensuring specimens are ready for collection
