As you develop, you will take on more responsibility, get to interact with clients, and coach new team members. You could be working on a portfolio of medium sized businesses, or be dedicated to one client, and there is the opportunity to get a variety of experience.
You'll develop technical and business skills through studying towards the Accounting Technician qualification from Accounting Technicians Ireland (ATI) with Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI). Through this you'll develop a formal understanding of business and develop finance, accounting and taxation. Along the way, you'll also learn through doing, building your communication, relationships, project management and personal skills.
