Thank you for taking your time creating this programme just for us to learn and to get us prepared for our future career in medicine. It was amazing hearing from every professional talking about the specific medicine speciality they have chosen and what they loved about it the most. This has made me have an idea on what speciality I want to take in this career and that is working as a paediatrician. This programme has also given me enough information about the paths I have to go through when choosing the career medicine, it taught me the pros and cons of each speciality, and the amount of hard work I'll have to go through. The activities were fun to do as it taught me new things about each speciality as well as it taught me the things I never knew; my knowledge in medicine has become a lot better than before and I understand more of the aspects than I knew before. Thank you!

I am so very grateful for the amount of effort put into this online work experience and the time given by the medical guests and interviewer running the webinar interviews now more than ever, due to the current pandemic. The programme was incredibly informative and helpful. My knowledge of the NHS and various specialities and roles within multidisciplinary teams has grown massively and I feel far more confident about applying to study medicine at university, in terms of what I need to do to build a competitive application. I will definitely be recommending this programme/ similar NHS Springpod programmes to my peers!

Thank you so much for this programme and I genuinely appreciate all the time and effort that was put into this as it is evident and the course is amazing. It has provided me with a more informed insight into the world of medicine and has given me all the answers to questions I had going into this programme. This programme is very helpful and accessible and what you are doing is very valuable given that with COVID -19 it is a bit more difficult to have a physical work experience placement. Thank you for all you do for the NHS and the roles you play in improving the life of the general public!
