Water is all around us and is central to how we live our lives. It’s vital that the services that focus on providing clean and safe water in our homes, workplaces, and schools have people who are passionate about what they do and technology that matches their ambitions.
Springpod and Severn Trent have joined up to give you access to the latest information about essential roles and responsibilities within the water industry! We’ll cover how Severn Trent plays an active role in the community and how it provides invaluable services to the region it serves, and provides a lifeline to the people it supports. From covering innovative STEM roles to giving you an insight into invaluable support services, you’ll learn more about what it’s really like to work for Severn Trent, and you’ll have the opportunity to take part in interactive activities and hear from leading industry experts.

The Water Cycle and Clean Water Treatment
Ever wondered how we get clean drinking water? Where does it come from? And where does the wastewater end up? The answer to all of these questions lies in the water cycle. We'll cover everything from flooding, wet weather, increasing populations, and weather patterns to managing pollution, pesticides, and nitrate. We'll then quiz you on what you've learnt, just to make sure you were paying attention!
