Why We Need YouPosted:
- As the Apprentice Project Coordinator, you will support the team with co-ordination and implementation of a variety of projects.
- Develop an understanding to actively assist in managing the process of design, procurement, installation and delivery to a wide range of projects.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports including estimates of costs
- Establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships across the Partnership and associate organisations.
- Select and procure contracts within the Partnerships Financial Regulations.
- Ensuring compliance, codes of practise and stator instruments.
- Liaise with different departments and services in relations to Estate Projects.
- Provide project reports and measure against agreed standards
- Issue instructions/variations and ensure work is carried out within budget.
- Any other duties as required.

Requirements
- A minimum of level 2 grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in maths and English
- A relevant Construction based qualification or equivalent
- Knowledge of ICT systems and packages
- Strong numeracy skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly Organised
- Strong understanding of customer service
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Understanding of confidentiality
