Why We Need You
Why We Need YouPosted:
Kick-start your career in a place where you’ll continue learning, gain career-boosting qualifications and make a serious contribution to meaningful projects. This is a chance to earn a real salary, while you learn. With real work and projects from the start. On a structured career path that means you can shape your own future. You’ll be encouraged to be your true self, dream bigger, think creatively and deliver real impact, as you grow and progress every day. Technology is everything. From how we connect to how we shop to how businesses operate, even how criminals function. In this ever-more complex world, we help our clients discover their best and most secure solutions. And we create them too. Strategists, developers, digital transformation experts, data analysts, forensic specialists… you have so many options here. Whatever you choose, you’ll be part of something bigger. Collaborating to help solve our clients’ most critical technology challenges. In short: making business possible.
What brings us all together at Deloitte? It’s how we approach the thousands of decisions we make every day. How we behave, our beliefs and our attitudes. In other words: our values. Whatever we do, wherever we are in the world, we lead the way, serve with integrity, take care of each other, foster inclusion, and collaborate for measurable impact. These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most. We’re nurturing a culture where everyone belongs, feels supported and heard, and is empowered to make a valuable, personal contribution. So, we want you. The true you. Your own strengths, perspective and personality. You can be sure we’ll take your wellbeing seriously, too. Because it’s only when you’re comfortable and at your best that you can make the kind of impact you, and we, live for.
You’ve achieved great qualifications already, we’ll not only celebrate that but also help you go even further. To thrive in this role from day one, you will need to have obtained or be studying towards a 2:1 or higher in any degree discipline, and have graduated by September 2021. You will also need to have a minimum of 104 UCAS points (260 UCAS points pre-2017) for your A levels (or equivalent), and a minimum grade 4 (C) in English language, grade 5 (B) in Maths in your GCSEs (or equivalent). Our requirements vary for a few specialist roles, so make sure to read the programme-specific requirements on your registration form. If you first select a role where you don’t meet the specific requirement, don’t worry – you can go back and choose a new role.
