Karran is no longer the programme lead at university of Plymouth. She has returned to her roots as a passionate radiographer, embracing a professional lead radiography position. Although she has stepped away from the university, Karran remains deeply committed to promoting the radiography profession. She encourages anyone considering a future in healthcare to explore this rewarding allied health profession. One of Karran’s greatest joys in her academic role was witnessing students embark on their own journeys; developing, succeeding and thriving as professional peers. This passion remains for nurturing the next generation of radiographers.
