Meet the academic
Charlotte Anderson

Charlotte Anderson is a Clinical Link Tutor and Lecturer for BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing Practice at the University of Sunderland. She teaches across a variety of modules and years. Charlotte is also a module lead for a second year module, Holistic Nursing for Altered Physiology to Promote Wellbeing. This module looks at what has gone wrong within the body to cause a certain illness or disease, alongside the impact that may have on someone's life and how nurses can help make appropriate plans of care to reduce the symptoms. Charlotte is also a Clinical Link Tutor for those students placed in Newcastle University Teaching Hospitals, within this part of her role she supports students out on placement. She meets with students via TEAMS on a weekly basis providing continual support whilst they are on placement. If a student is having a difficult time or requires a little more support she will also provide that support by attending the placement area.
